Langton Howarth named their first and inaugural winner of their Sales Star of the Year award as Oliver Gill last week.
Oliver has been with the company for the last six years, coming straight from Park Lane College into an Apprenticeship position in September 2015.
Since then, he has been promoted to a 360 Recruitment Consultant, before progressing into his current role in May 2020 as a Global Recruitment Manager.
Oliver was delighted to win the award, “It is always great to be recognised for your hard work and I am very grateful to receive this very prestigious award.”
In addition, to his recent success, Oliver has achieved a company record for individual monthly billings during September 2021 and as the Global Recruitment Manager has also already achieved his yearly record billings since joining the company, with 2 months to spare.
He added: “Ultimately whilst it is great to be individually recognised, it is always a team effort, and I would like to acknowledge the amazing support that I receive from my colleagues.”

Reflecting on his journey with the specialist International Life Science and Scientific Supplies recruitment company, he said: “The last 6 years has flown by and having had time to look back on this I can say that I am extremely proud of the journey that I have been on so far. I really enjoy the diversity of my role and the excitement of recruiting in different parts of the world daily and I can’t wait to see what the next 6 years has in store!”
